Simple ingredients make up this festive snack. Make as few or as many as you like!
Here’s what you need:
Green grapes Champagne Granulated sugar
You will also need a large bowl and an airtight container or gallon size zip top bag.
How to Make Them
Place grapes into a large bowl and cover with champagne. Refrigerate the grapes and allow them to soak for at least 12 hours. Drain the champagne off the grapes and add them to a zipper bag with the sugar.
Shake until the grapes are coated in sugar and transfer to an airtight container. Freeze for two hours. When ready to enjoy, place the champagne soaked grapes on a platter and serve.
Tips and Tricks
These grapes are best served frozen. Store the grapes in an airtight container. They will keep at room temperature for 24 hours, in the fridge for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to a month. If you want to make these a little stronger, add some vodka to the champagne while soaking. You can eat them as is, or pop a few into your glass of champagne to keep it chilled. Want more like this?
