½ cup chocolate chips – you can use semi-sweet chocolate chips, dark or milk chocolate; whatever you like best. 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk ¼ cup unsalted butter
You will also use a small heavy saucepan on the stovetop and a spoon for stirring. To store, be sure to have a jar with a lid or other airtight container so you can enjoy this chocolatey goodness whenever you want.
How to Make this Homemade Chocolate Sauce Recipe
In a small saucepan, add all ingredients and stir to combine over low heat. Then, over medium heat, continue stirring constantly until chocolate chips are melted and the sauce is smooth.
