Tips for Baking Strawberry Quick Bread
I have made this quick strawberry bread a few times and the trick is making sure the strawberries don’t get too juicy. This is why I prefer baking with fresh strawberries, though you could certainly use frozen fruit too! I would just watch the liquid. You’ll want to chop the fruit into bite-size pieces but be sure not to crush them too much. It also helps to shake the fresh fruit with a little bit of flour before adding them to the batter. Once your batter is mixed up, it’s time to bake in your favorite loaf pan!
TIP: Remember to adjust the oven temperature down by about 25 degrees if using a glass pan. This will allow more even cooking without over-baking the top and sides.
