How to Make Oreo Truffles
Oreo balls are fun to make with kids and don’t take long. Most of the time is spent waiting for the chocolate to set! Step 1: Place cookies in a food processor. If you don’t have this machine, you can also add them to a zip-top bag and close. Step 2: Pulse cookies until ground up. Alternatively, you can crush the cookies in a bag with a rolling pin until well crumbled. Step 3: Add cream cheese and mix until well combined into a doughy consistency. Step 4: Roll the Oreo mixture into balls and place on parchment paper. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Step 5: Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring well in between. Be careful not to overheat. Step 6: Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and return to the cookie sheet. Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still soft. Step 7: Microwave the white melting chocolate like the chocolate chips and drizzle on top of the truffles. Add more sprinkles as desired. Enjoy!
