How to Make Them
First, heat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. For crispier crackers, you can also add a wire rack on top of the pan. Place the desired number of crackers on the baking sheet in a single layer. Remove uncooked bacon from the package and slice each piece into thirds about the length of your crackers. Place one slice of bacon on each cracker and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Bake for about one hour or until bacon is cooked through. When done, let cool for a couple minutes and serve warm. Enjoy!
