on Jan 22, 2025 If you’re familiar with this blog, you know I am a huge fan of dips. Today, I’m sharing another favorite. Baked refried bean dip is warm, cheesy, and has just the right spices. Pop this in the oven in time to watch your favorite team and enjoy it with chips. You can even use it as a topping for tostadas to make it a meal. Game day appetizers are my favorites. Try more ideas, like Buffalo chicken dip, guacamole, and spicy meatballs.

How to Make It
You can make this recipe in about 30 minutes. It’s super easy! First, spray an 8×8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and preheat your oven. Steps 1 & 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine refried beans, cream cheese, and sour cream. Blend using an electric hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth and thoroughly combined.
Step 3 & 4: Add all other ingredients to the mixing bowl, reserving cilantro and about half the cheese for garnish, and blend until fully mixed. Step 5: Press the bean mixture into the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Step 6: Top with the remaining cheese, and continue baking for another 8-10 minutes until cheese is fully melted. Allow the dip to cool for 5 minutes before topping with chopped cilantro and serving. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos. If you loved this recipe, please leave a star rating and/or comment below! 🌟
